    After 9 years coaching women, and going through my own journey with the all-or-nothing cycle, I developed the 4-2-1 Method.

    You'll move for 20–30 minutes, 4 x per week, focusing on Pilates principles combined with functional strength training to strengthen every muscle group, build muscle tone, and energise your body and mind.
