Absolutely - this retreat was designed for women with full lives. All classes are under 25 minutes and everything is on-demand, so you ca choose when it suits you. Think structure without pressure - show up consistently, not perfectly.

All classes can be done without equipment - all you need is a mat.
However some classes have an option to use weights we recommend:
0.5kg ankle weights
a light set of dumbells (1–3kg)
a pilates ball
These can also be substituted for household items, water bottles, cans or soft toys!

I get it —-motivation fades, life gets busy, and strict plans don’t work. That’s why this isn’t a challenge - it’s a reset. You’ll get structure + support + realistic daily habits, so you’ll finally feel momentum without burnout. You also get access to me + the community for accountability.

Yes - this retreat is built around nervous system-friendly movement and feel-good fuel, helping reduce inflammation, support hormones, and improve energy. Small daily practices → big shifts in how you feel in your body again.

Yes. The retreat is a gentle, low-impact reset designed to help you rebuild strength safely. There are options for all levels, and I guide you with form and modifications. If you’re postpartum, just make sure you’re at least 12 weeks post-birth and have been through the Studio Ash 6 week postpartum programme and medically cleared to exercise.

Hi, I’m Ash. I’m a mum of two, a qualified Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Coach, Mat and Reformer Pilates Teacher, and I’ve spent years perfecting a method that blends strength, movement, and mindful living—just for women like you.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by the pressures of life, and unsure how to balance everything. After losing my cycle in 2018 and navigating the challenges of post-pregnancy recovery, I became passionate about creating a new approach to fitness—one that respects the female body, honors its cycles, and doesn’t push us to extremes.
With my combined experience in strength and conditioning, training women through pregnancy and postpartum, teaching mat and reformer Pilates, and navigating motherhood myself, I’ve developed a method designed to give you immediate impact—not just on your body, but on your mind too.
This isn’t just about a workout—this is about transforming your entire approach to well-being. It’s about giving you the tools to feel strong, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself—without sacrificing your sanity or your lifestyle.
