FAQ’s

  • All classes are 30 minutes or less, designed to fit into your lifestyle without sacrificing results. You’ll do 4 classes per week

  • All classes can be done without equipment - all you need is a mat.

    However the weighted pilates + strength classes we recommend:

    • 0.5kg ankle weights

    • a light set of dumbells (2–3kg)

    • a medium set of dumbells (5-10kg)

    • a pilates ball

    These can also be substituted for household items, water bottles, cans or soft toys!

  • The SCULPT Challenge was created to support women with full lives - so whether you’re coming back after time off or returning post-birth, it’s designed to help you rebuild strength, consistency, and confidence in a sustainable way.

    That said, if you’re newly postpartum or need more gentle modifications, I’d suggest beginning with our Strong Foundations Programme or 6-Week Postpartum Rebuild first. These give you the base to move safely and confidently before stepping into the full SCULPT challenge.

Hi, I’m Ash. I’m a Mum of two, a qualified Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Coach, Mat and Reformer Pilates Teacher, and I’ve spent years perfecting a method that blends strength, movement, and mindful living- just for women like you.

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by the pressures of life, and unsure how to balance everything. After losing my cycle in 2018 and navigating the challenges of post-pregnancy recovery, I became passionate about creating a new approach to fitness—one that respects the female body, honors its cycles, and doesn’t push us to extremes.

With my combined experience in strength and conditioning, training women through pregnancy and postpartum, teaching mat and reformer Pilates, and navigating motherhood myself, I’ve developed a method designed to give you immediate impact—not just on your body, but on your mind too.

This isn’t just about a workout—this is about transforming your entire approach to well-being. It’s about giving you the tools to feel strong, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself—without sacrificing your sanity or your lifestyle.
