This was me six years ago… Exhausted from chasing quick fixes, overtraining, and under-eating — especially as summer approached. I’d spend hours in the gym, follow rigid routines, and still feel like I wasn’t “there yet.” Every year felt like starting over. I’d push hard, burn out, and end up right back where I started.
But everything changed when I began following the Studio Ash Method — and with short, consistent, sustainable movement paired with aligned lifestyle shifts.
I finally found a rhythm that supported my body, not punished it.

All classes are 30 minutes or less, designed to fit into your lifestyle without sacrificing results. You’ll do 4 classes per week — with a bonus class for those that want to level up!

All classes can be done without equipment — all you need is a mat.
However for some of the weighted pilates classes we recommend:
0.5kg ankle weights
a light set of dumbells (1-3kg)
a pilates ball
These can also be substituted for household items, water bottles, cans or soft toys!

Absolutely. The Summer Challenge is designed to meet you where you're at — with short, effective classes that focus on building strength, energy, and consistency in a way that’s sustainable and supportive.
If you’re newly postpartum or easing back in, I’d recommend starting with our Strong Foundations Programme or 6-Week Postpartum Rebuild before diving into the full challenge.

Hi, I’m Ash. I’m a mum of two, a qualified Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Coach, Mat and Reformer Pilates Teacher, and I’ve spent years perfecting a method that blends strength, movement, and mindful living—just for women like you.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by the pressures of life, and unsure how to balance everything. After losing my cycle in 2018 and navigating the challenges of post-pregnancy recovery, I became passionate about creating a new approach to fitness—one that respects the female body, honors its cycles, and doesn’t push us to extremes.
With my combined experience in strength and conditioning, training women through pregnancy and postpartum, teaching mat and reformer Pilates, and navigating motherhood myself, I’ve developed a method designed to give you immediate impact—not just on your body, but on your mind too.
This isn’t just about a workout—this is about transforming your entire approach to well-being. It’s about giving you the tools to feel strong, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself—without sacrificing your sanity or your lifestyle.
