FAQ’s

  • All classes are 20 minutes or less, designed to fit into your lifestyle without sacrificing results. You’ll do 4 classes per week — that’s under 90 minutes total

  • All classes can be done without equipment — all you need is a mat.

    However for some of the weighted pilates classes we recommend:

    • 0.5kg ankle weights

    • a light set of dumbells (1-3kg)

    • a pilates ball

    These can also be substituted for household items, water bottles, cans or soft toys!

  • The GLOW Protocol meets you where you’re at. Modifications are offered during this programme and focus is on rebuilding strength, energy, and confidence — safely and sustainably.

    However, there is a Strong Foundations programme which is the perfect starting point for returning to exercise + our 6 Week Postpartum Rebuild Programme.

Hi, I’m Ash. I’m a mum of two, a qualified Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Coach, Mat and Reformer Pilates Teacher, and I’ve spent years perfecting a method that blends strength, movement, and mindful living—just for women like you.

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by the pressures of life, and unsure how to balance everything. After losing my cycle in 2018 and navigating the challenges of post-pregnancy recovery, I became passionate about creating a new approach to fitness—one that respects the female body, honors its cycles, and doesn’t push us to extremes.

With my combined experience in strength and conditioning, training women through pregnancy and postpartum, teaching mat and reformer Pilates, and navigating motherhood myself, I’ve developed a method designed to give you immediate impact—not just on your body, but on your mind too.

This isn’t just about a workout—this is about transforming your entire approach to well-being. It’s about giving you the tools to feel strong, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself—without sacrificing your sanity or your lifestyle.
